With over two decades of experience, Dr. Ziemkowski currently serves as a Consultant in Medical Education and Medical School Administration, providing invaluable expertise to healthcare institutions and professionals seeking to navigate the complexities of medical education and practice. He is also Emeritus Faculty at the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. From 2011 to 2022, Dr. Ziemkowski was Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, playing a pivotal part in shaping student policies and overseeing essential student services, including admissions, financial aid, student wellness, and career development. His leadership assisted in obtaining Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) accreditation for the institution. Prior to his tenure at Western Michigan University, Dr. Ziemkowski served as the Clerkship Director for Family Medicine at Michigan State University/Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies, where he supervised medical students during their clinical rotations.
