The center offers medical care, support services, and prevention services. Founded in 1994, it is the only Ryan White federally-funded program in northern Michigan. The Thomas Judd Care Center also has a strong focus on Prevention as the regional experts on Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (nPEP).
