David Kazanowski, MD
Dr. David Kazanowski is a 2018 graduate of Ross University School of Medicine and 2022 graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine's family medicine residency program at Ascension Providence in Rochester. He practices family medicine at Alcona Health, a federally qualified health center in rural northern Michigan, and is a Family Medicine Foundation of Michigan Trustee - a position he has held since 2019. Dr. Kazanowski’s passions involve community service and interpersonal improvement as a foundation to lead patients to the highest attainable quality of life. Outside of the Academy, he is a member and volunteer with Civitan International, an organization of volunteer service clubs around the world dedicated to helping people in their own communities. Civitans help wherever the need arises – from collecting food for a homeless shelter, to volunteering at their local retirement home, to building a playground for children with disabilities. Dr. Kazanowski’s past experience includes serving as a medical assistant and scribe and emergency medical technician. |
