The Michigan Family Medicine Research Day is an annual event designed for researchers, practitioners, and trainees in family medicine, allied health professions, and the behavioral sciences to come together in a collegial atmosphere to learn and exchange ideas that may improve patterns of practice and the health of patients.

The 2026 event is hosted by the University of Michigan Department of Family Medicine.

The event will take place on May 21, 2026 at the University Club of Michigan State University in Lansing. Michigan Family Medicine Research Day will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude with an awards ceremony at 3:30 p.m. .
