Dr. Nikhil Hemady Recognized as Health Care Hero

Nikhil Hemady, MD, FAAFP, Chief Medical Officer at Honor Community Health in Pontiac, has been named a 2025 Health Care Hero by Crain’s Detroit Business. Dr. Hemady was recognized for launching the nation’s first-ever residency program at a federally qualified health center, aimed at encouraging medical residents to serve underserved communities.
