Dr. Louito C. Edje Recognized with ELUM Compass Award

Louito C. Edje, MD, MHPE, FAAFP, has been honored with the ELUM Compass Award, a prestigious national recognition presented during the 30th anniversary of the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) program. Dr. Edje serves as the inaugural David M. Wu, MD and Bernadine E. Wu, MD Endowed Professor; Senior Associate Dean of Medical Education; and Professor of Family Medicine and Learning Health Sciences at the University of Michigan Medical School. This award celebrates Dr. Edje's outstanding contributions to advancing women in academic medicine and her exemplary leadership in medical education. ELAM is a national program dedicated to increasing the number and impact of women in leadership roles within the health sciences.
